BlackCat PFC Management System®
Our experience in the aviation industry led us to create a solution
for the management of Passenger Facility Charges (PFC).
BlackCat PFC Management System® is a
secure, web-based solution that streamlines the planning,
application, monitoring, and reporting requirements of funds
received from the air carriers for PFCs. The system also maintains
complete PFC bank account information and full transactional
archives. PFC disbursements can be tracked by project, at the
contractor level, and per application. Available as a stand-alone
product or as an additional module to our aviation instance of the
BlackCat Grant Management System®, BlackCat
PFC captures the reporting requirements of the Federal
Aviation Administration and complies with all Federal policies and
procedures related to Passenger Facility Charges.
