John Kwon - Director of Infrastructure

John Kwon serves as Director of Programming Services for Panther International, LLC. He is responsible for production team scheduling, staff supervision, quality control, and all aspects of the application programming department.

Mr. Kwon oversees all aspects of program coordination including project assignment and scheduling, allocation of resources and deadline management to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction on all projects. John provides superior application support to clients, works closely with the creative team, and reports project status to management. Mr. Kwon also facilitates team development, product testing, training, and quality assurance.

John has directed programming efforts and implementations on many of Panther's large development projects, including work for the Florida Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Florida Airports Council, and the Puerto Rico Ports Authority.

John has broad range of experience in the technology industry. He previously served as developer for Mindcraft, Inc. and Mainspot in Toronto, Canada. He has experience in software development, web design, hardware support, and customer service. He received a degree in Information Systems Technology from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario.
