Becky Mainardi serves as Project Manager for Panther
International, LLC. With an extensive background in intermodal
transportation planning and project management, Ms. Mainardi
manages the daily activities for aviation, transit, rail, seaports,
and intermodal projects in the State of Florida for Panther
International. She supervises the delivery, support, and
maintenance of our solutions to Florida Department of
Transportation, including BlackCat Grant Management System
implementations. In addition, she coordinates cross functional
projects, oversees all aspects of client services, and manages
software training. Her comprehensive understanding of public
transportation planning is an invaluable benefit to Panther's
clients. As a former grant administrator, she is well aware of the
needs of our clients and through collaborative efforts facilitates
the development of software system enhancements and new product
designs.
Becky comes to Panther with more than ten years of experience
with the Florida Department of Transportation where she most
recently served as the Aviation and Rail Section Leader. She
managed all aspects of aviation, rail, and rail corridor projects
for District 4, including annual capital improvement plans for 14
public aviation facilities totaling more than $25 million.
Additionally she was responsible for the supervision of the
state-owned South Florida Rail Corridor, including oversight of
operations, safety, construction, and railroad coordination
issues.
She received a Bachelor's Degree from Lynn University in
Aviation Management and an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic
University.
